I was born in Russia & grew up in Florida. I started Martial-Arts at the young age of 7 first thing as my family moved to the US. I’m a very devoted person so I never quit (Taurus). I spent my whole life thinking out of the box.
Always fperfrom well and train smart so you can sustain and ramp up the progresion. SHANE DOETONY SURPHMAN
Trainer philosophy:
Quality over Quantity is the motto. Always perform well and train smart so you can sustain and ramp up the progression.
Training Plan:
To never settle to one type of training and keep evolving as I gain the progression from each art-form in order to never become stagnant or plateau. Life is all about experience & when it comes to the topic of physical ascension it is important to voyage past the norm.
Nutritional Plan:
I cycle from keto to a carb loading, 4 days keto 3 days carbs. And always get all my food organic, and make sure to get all of my vitamins.
Supplement Plan:
Vegan Protein is the way to go. Have a proper diet first, supplementation is something that should apply on top of your diet, not something to replace it.
Do you prefer to take and recommend all natural (no sugar, no artificial colors/flavors/sweeteners) supplements or supplements with artificial flavors and sweeteners? And Why?
Yes, simply because of the feeling I get from when I take all-natural supplements, I feel like I have cleaner and steady energy instead of fabricated energy then crash.
Is weight loss more of a fitness issue or a health issue in your opinion and why?
A bit of both because they go hand in hand.
If you have 100 tokens in total and you could apply them to the following categories, how many would you apply to each?
Fitness level: 50
Health level: 50
What separates Status from other fitness magazines:
I feel that Status does a great bout because it is about getting the inside scoop from the perspective of experts.
If you could ask Status Fitness Magazine Editor in Chief Rodney Jang any industry question, what would that be?
What is the next step for Status Fitness Magazine & will there be any photoshoots coming up soon?
Status Fitness Magazine runs model searches across North America including the largest one at the Arnold Classic for the Status cover. As part of the Status family, you will receive a special participation invite. How excited are you about this opportunity?
I’m looking forward to it. I love what I do and love to collaborate with companies who are supportive of the artistry.
Future fitness goals and plans?
Land more acting roles, campaigns & continue exponentially progressing.
Life goal?
To build a family, an organization & contribute something innovative to the world.

5. I look forward to becoming well known so that at an old age I can focus on painting.
5 lessons you have learned?
Sometimes in life, you have to make a horizontal shift in order to keep progressing. One day you won’t be able to do the physical things you are capable of doing today, so make sure to do them while you can. Always reserve a bit of energy for yourself throughout each day. Make sure to be there for your family. Don’t look for motivation, become it.
5 most important attributes you see in a person?
Action-oriented.
Decisive.
Kind.
Ambitious.

If you could inspire one person, who would that be? And why?
I’d love to inspire a kid one day to be the next great because I’ve never had a mentor, I know how much it can mean to a kid to have someone there.
Who inspires you? And why?
The person who inspires me is the one who takes accountability for their lives and lives to grow.
