What makes him/her so special as a trainer?
Crissy and Joe are both so inspiring in so many ways. They care deeply about their clients and push us to push ourselves. If I am not lifting heavy enough they will stop their workout to change my weights. If my form is off they take the time to correct me so that I do not injure myself.

Complete Bio:
I am a wife, mother of three children and 5 pets, Proprietor, and Designer. I love to run and dance. A perfect day for me is a beach day with my family.
Training Plan:
I followed Crissy’s 3-month photo prep programming. I invested in a food scale and measured and logged everything I was taking in. I did Cardio 4 days a week and weight training 5 days a week.
Thoughts on HIIT, Powerlifting, TRX, Yoga, bodybuilding, other:
My absolute favorite workout is Hiit. It’s a quick workout, with incredible results. I feel amazing 20 minutes after the workout. I also just started Buti Yoga, and I am really enjoying the overall increase in my flexibility and my strength.

Special skills?
I design houses using Auto Cad and Photoshop. I can style a bookcase/shelves/room etc in under 10 minutes and it looks like it took me 2 hours. I am quick to make decisions and stick with them.
What do your parents mean to you?
I love them both so much. They are my biggest supporters and have always pushed me to do my best. What did they teach you? They taught me to be independent, strong-minded, and self-sufficient.
What separates Status from other fitness magazines?
It is so inspiring to read about regular people that love fitness and the advice they give to people on their fitness journey. The magazine makes goals feel attainable.
What would it mean to you to become the next Status Fitness Cover model?
Wow, I would be completely surprised, but honored. You feature so many incredible athletes.

What was it like working with Warren from Healthy Vision Photography?
Warren was wonderful. I was extremely nervous at first, but he calmed my nerves. He has an incredible eye and the direction he gave on how to stand, flex and look helped me and gave me beautiful photos I am proud of.

I love to travel; I feel like I need to take a long weekend somewhere I have never been once a month.
I am a terrible cook.

Who inspires you?
My husband. He works extremely hard to take care of us. He has been so supportive of my fitness journey and joined me in my training and nutrition.
Who do you wish to inspire?
My 3 children and any child that needs encouragement.
Transformation story:
Over the course of 5 years, I have been pregnant 3 times and have had 3 c-sections. My body was unrecognizable to me. Even though it had grown three incredible humans I was disappointed in what I was left with. I still looked pregnant and I was suffering from diastasis recti. So many of the girls from Thi Bod inspired me with their own transformation stories, and I signed up for Crissy’s prep program. Crissy sent me information on how to close my muscle gap and praised me for my consistency. She was even kind enough to do some of the exercises in Body Rock. Having Crissy hold me accountable was the push I needed to be healthy.
Life goals:
To be kind and compassionate. I want people to feel special and happy after speaking with me.
5 lessons you have learned:
Everything happens for a reason.
Nothing is more important than family and friends.
Consistency in everything improves your results.
Time is valuable and you cannot get it back.
