Transformation story:
Since beginning living a healthier lifestyle at 18, I have lost 85lbs.  It has been a long process but it all started from changing my diet and becoming more active.  I started working at a horse farm and joined the gym.  It is an essential part of my day and without my mental health begins to lack.

Why did you start your transformation and what keeps you going?
I started my transformation when I was 18, I had gained significant weight after my mom passed away when I was 15.  I woke up one morning and wasn’t happy with myself and I knew I needed to do something to change that to begin to improve my mental health.

How do you keep yourself motivated to stay on track when you start to slip?
I look back at pictures before I started my weight loss journey.
