Russ Drake shares his thoughts on joining the Status Fitness Magazine Team
It means a platform to help spread the word. Healthy and fit don’t have to be hard, but they should be something we are all concerned with. Control what we can or we will be controlled by everything.

I like the evolution Status has made over the years, never sacrificing quality and desire to bring fantastic physiques but also real everyday practical advice.

Russ Drake shares his plan on bringing to the team and audience
At 50 years old and being in the fitness space for 30 years now working with everyday people, I want to bring a strong sense of health first to the magazine. Training for life is my primary focus mixed with a bit of hardcore for those lifers like me.

Status Editor-in-Chief Rodney Jang shares his thoughts on Russ Drake
I have known Russ for many years. During that time, I have developed a deep respect for his experience and knowledge. For Russ, health and fitness have been a passion for many years. I am excited for Russ to share his expertise with our audience.

About Russ Drake
Russ is in one word “Obsessed” with helping others become the best version of themselves physically because he knows the mental miracles this can work. Health first is always our starting and ending point.
