Luke Matthews shares his thoughts on joining the Status team
My life has brought the calling to inspire, inform, and motivate others to reach their full potential in health and fitness. The Status Fitness Magazine platform helps me reach my full potential in pursuing my calling and passion. I have an A.S. degree in Kinesiology and a B.A. in Communication. I always wondered how I was going to put that to use and bring them together. Having a column in State Fitness Magazine has given me the opportunity to do just that and connect with readers in a passionate way. I’m excited to see where this takes me and the people I’m going to meet and inspire. I can’t wait to hear back from readers and talk about a variety of health and fitness topics while getting useful and quality content out there.

I’m really looking forward to bringing my unique life’s work and experience in health and fitness to the team and audience. With my wide variety of knowledge and fitness background, I hope I can add useful information and inspiration that everyone can relate to.
