WHO AM I? NATHALIE CHOPIN – A PRO FITNESS ATHLETE. Mom of 2. Freelancer Model, Certified Personal Trainer, Functional Trainer, Group Class, Fitness Coach, Post Partum Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Transformation Body Motivational.

My fitness journey began years ago as a simple healthy journey then grown into a competitive athlete. That lifestyle taught me about perseverance, discipline, and hard work. It also revealed to me that our bodies are capable of amazing things. This is when my love for body-sculpting began. I started teaching boot camp classes, cycling classes in France, Switzerland, and Germany building My Fitness Journey’ from the ground up to lead and launch my brand. For the first time, I witnessed how men and women all around me were embracing health and fitness. I wanted to dedicate myself to help as many people as I could! Especially women. This led me to move into online training, investing every part of myself into making my fitness brand the best online community possible! My philosophy is simple; become and build your own body goals first! This will transform and unlock the happiest, healthiest, and confident version of yourself.

Since the beginning of my journey, I had a love relationship with the gym. I was always consistent and when I worked out, I gave my everything to get by. Then one day, I looked at myself in the mirror and decided that I wanted more for myself. My commitment to change and hard work allowed me to transform my body. I was eating cleaner, looking good, and feeling better from the inside out. My biggest transformation was actually the transformation of my mind! I always knew training and exercising would make me physically strong and fit, but I had no idea what it would do for me mentally. Fitness showed me, I have the mental capacity to push my body past the limits I never imagined. Today, I am where I am at 40 years old, and the growth in my journey has never stopped!

My mission is to empower and inspire lifestyle changes, either by my training, my nutrition, or my modeling. I have in my heart the mission to see everyone healthy but mostly to know what healthy feels like and to understand that our body image is a direct reflection of our habits and priorities, both of which are receptive to change at any given moment. 365 FitLife starts with the mind, so let’s take a look into the healthier side of life and uncover the person you’ve been hoping too. Creating my brand to help others get inspired, showing that it is possible to create the body of your dreams through balance, healthy eating, and strategically oriented workouts. Genetics for me is no longer the ultimate deciding factor in regards to your shape or physique.

My philosophy is simple: BE YOUR OWN BODY GOALS!

Me as a mom of 2, I can do it, then you can do it too!

From the moment I decided to stop fighting against the things that I disliked about myself and instead channeled this energy as motivation, I evolved into a strong, fearless, and confident woman. This is when I learned that a large portion of my motivation stems from within. Living a healthy lifestyle became more than just looking good on the outside. It quickly transformed into feeling good on the inside too. Knowing this for myself, I was encouraged to help others feel this too. When I learned how much I could impact thousands of women and men across the world to reshape their bodies and shift their minds, this changed my mind forever. Just imagine what you could achieve if you fulfill your true potential!

Training Plan?
I use old-school training incorporating new bikini exercises to shapes! I enjoy power training as much as strength training, Hiit, Plyometric, TRX, Yoga, etc…

Thoughts on HIIT, Powerlifting, TRX, Yoga, bodybuilding, others?
I enjoy the balance that HIIT is offering between heart going up and down.

TRX is great as it’s working on our balance, strengthening the core muscle, forcing us to use our body weight which is great.

Powerlifting is a great sport that consists of a strength sport, that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts. I’ve lots of admiration for Thule of training.

Nutritional & Supplements:
I keep it very simple: – multivitamin/ VitC/ iron/ Zma/ Bcaa / Créatine/ whey- casein protein.

Special skills?
Part of my Brand consists of helping women strengthening their Pelvic Floor.

What do your parents mean to you? What did they teach you?
They mean the world to me. They taught me to always values each individual and respect them, been down to earth, but always remains wise and aware.

Status Fitness Magazine is continually building industry with a leading team in those fields: bodybuilding, fitness, training, nutrition, sports supplementation, science, publication. Oh wow! It would be an honor! An honor for the trust, the opportunity to empower at some level women around the world that are my age, over 40, mom, entrepreneurs wife’s with a vision of living a healthy long life.

What makes you along the road have such passions for Culture of bodies/ nutrition etc?

6 things people would not know about you?
  • I grew up in Cameroon (in Africa) in my very first 19 years before moving to France.
  • I’m a Tomboy.
  • I speak 4 languages fluently: French / English 70% / German 40% / Cameroon dialect 40%.
  • I’m a single mom of 2.
  • I love traveling.
  • I love Soccer.
Who inspires you?
When I first started, I had zero inspiration other than staying fit and healthy. At the time, fitness wasn’t as big in my town back in France as it was in the USA. Then, I have baby fitness models such as Andriea Brazier/ Stephanie Ayala/ Candice/ Hattie/ etc.

Who do you wish to inspire?
Wishing to inspire all women, moms, everyone that wants pushing, supporting, lifting by showing them it’s possible if we really want to be the best healthy version of themselves.

Transformation story:
My transformation was steady and graduate, over the years my goals changed, evolved, grew. When I was younger, I wanted to always stay petite then I fall in love with fitness and decide to build a féminin soft muscular physique.

Life goals:
Becoming a Motivational Speaker as soon as my Brand is finally launching.

  • Must keep the drive, the hope, the faith.

  • Follow your dream no matter what.
  • Also making sure to make your presence noticed, but mostly your absence felt, that’s the key.​
