Share your methods and at least one inspirational story of a person you trained?
I find consistency to be the most important method to success. While training a friend of mine, I was approached by a random gym goer. She explained to me that seeing me push myself and my friend so hard, I had encouraged her to do 5 more minutes of cardio. It’s little moments like that, make big impacts. Little moments that compound and remind us that we are doing what we are supposed to be doing.

What separates Status from other fitness magazines:
I feel like some magazines are afraid to show what it takes to be a pro and Status is not.
What would it mean to you to become a “Status Symbol”?
It would mean the world to me to see a magazine like Status promoting someone who is not the “cookie-cutter” image most magazines show. Being an individual is something I refuse to sacrifice to “fit in” and having a brand back that idea would be such an amazing feeling.
What would it mean to you to grace the cover of Status?
It would be amazing!! I could continue to prove that hard work and dedication will get you where you want to be if you refuse to give up!
Favorite Quotes:
“Behind every beautiful thing, there’s been some kind of pain” – Bob Dylan.
4 things people don’t know about you:
I love art and video games.
I can lick my elbow.
I can’t do a cartwheel.
I have a slight fear of heights.
If you could inspire one person, who would that be?
Any female who wavers in her confidence. I know that struggle, especially after having my son. I want to encourage women to push themselves towards goals and achieve unexpected things.
Who inspires you? And why?
Olympians. Watching athletes of that magnitude get on stage and own it is so exciting. It makes me want to go so far in the bodybuilding world.
