I was born and raised in Dahlonega, GA. I was raised by my mom and dad and have one younger sister. I attended Lumpkin County High School. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Brenau University. Shortly after graduating from college, I moved to Florida to pursue my career in fashion. I am married and we have an (LWD) little white dog, named Oscar.

They care about you as a person. They care about your personal and fitness goals.

Can you talk about the Thibod community? What makes it so unique?
Thibod is like a family. I literally crave this gym and classes. The gym and being there is seriously my therapy or escape.

I work for a clothing line called Judith March. I am customer service and sales.
Relationship status:
I have been married for 5 years.
MY PARENTS MEAN EVERYTHING TO ME! THEY TAUGHT ME HOW TO BE A YOUNG LADY AND SUCCEED AS AN ADULT.
Fitness Goals:
To be healthy, toned, lean, active, and strong.
Training Plan:
The goal is to stay committed to my gym routine and increase my weight often.
Thoughts on HIIT, Powerlifting, TRX, Yoga, bodybuilding, other:
I attend the HIIT and fit camp weekly. I enjoy the 30 min HIIT class because of the intensity and it’s only 30 mins. Fit camp is an hour long and focuses more on form and strength
Nutritional & Supplements:
Protein, pre-workout, E brake, and acid.
How did you use Magnum products during your shoot prep?
I took 2 scoops of Quattro protein powder daily. I took 2 scoops daily of pre fo pre-workout.
What are your thoughts about Magnum and which products do you use from them?
I’ve never been committed to any other brand other than Magnum. So I would say I’m biased! But I enjoy the magnum products. On a daily basis, I consecutively use acid 3 times a day, 2 scoops of pre fo, and Quattro protein powder daily.
What do your parents mean to you? What did they teach you?
My parents mean everything to me! They taught me how to be a young lady and succeed as an adult.

I would be flattered.

How did you get into this line of work and why?
THIBOD IS LIKE A FAMILY. I LITERALLY CRAVE THIS GYM AND CLASSES. THE GYM AND BEING THERE IS SERIOUSLY MY THERAPY OR ESCAPE.
What was it like working with Warren from Healthy Vision Photography?
Everything was smooth and he makes you feel very comfortable.
6 things people would not know about you:
I go to bed at 8 pm.
I wake up at 3 am.
I do not cook.
I have traveled abroad multiple times.
I eat ice cream every night. I talk to my mother on the phone at least 10 times a day!
I took French from kindergarten thru college, by choice, and itʼs sad but I cannot speak a lick of it.
Who inspires you?
My parents.
MY HUSBAND AND I ARE FINALLY AT A POINT WHERE WE CAN SETTLE DOWN AND CAN FOCUS ON HEALTH.
Transformation story:
I’ve always been active. But my husband and I are finally at a point where we can settle down and can focus on health.
Life goals:
To be happy, successful, healthy, and fit.

Gangster rap.
Favorite actors/ movies:
I am obsessed with all law and order episodes! Especially law and order SVU! I love me some Bradley cooper and lady Gaga.
