Transformation story:
I put my well-being at the bottom of my To-Do List and used food as comfort. As I sat in a horsemanship clinic the clinician said what type of horse do you want? Well everyone including me wanted to have an athletic partner in our horse. He then went on to say that we should also strive to be that for our horses. The light went off for me. I called Crissy, shared the story of the clinic, and asked her to guide me. I haven’t looked back. I continue to gain strength, stamina and build my core which has propelled my riding skills.

I HAVEN’T LOOKED BACK.
