King landed in the beauty industry- recognized for her keen eye for detail, and masterful applications for hair, make-up, and micro-pigmentation. Her understanding of the human figure- having been exposed to it from such a young age, made her uniquely adept at stage direction and posing for bodybuilding competitors. She rapidly climbed to the top in her field, garnering accolades in every creative arena she stepped into. But like any true creative, King’s passion for art could not be compressed and restrained by these fields alone.
Her passion for photography came back with a fervor. With a new intention to capture the human subject in a new light. After years of focusing on enhancing the physical in reality, she now wishes to showcase a deeper metaphysical narrative through the art of form photography. Utilizing the human canvas to create dream-like images that transport the viewer past what we recognize as the standard for this subject in photography.
