My family

Transformation story:
In 2014 I decide it was time for change….in the last 5 years I have lost 112 lbs and have learnt a new way to enjoy life.

Why did you start your transformation and what keeps you going?
My mom’s hip replacement…I decided I wanted to do something that my prevent myself  from having this done to me in the future.  Losing weight and getting healthy(relieving my joints from the extra weight) seemed to be the best way to start

How do you keep yourself motivated to stay on track when you start to slip?
Old pictures…..I don’t ever want to go back

Life goals:
To stay healthy and embrace “my new way of life”

Anything is possible if you put your mind to it and have the right support team around you.

Honesty, integrity, being genuine and true, selfless and trustworthy

Advice you can give to people who want to start training?
Start with small goals and don’t get discouraged if don’t see the results as fast as you thought….it takes time and dedication
