Fitness Goals:
Hoping to be strong, look defined. Hoping to develop my legs as I’ve been struggling with Patellar Tendonitis for 8 months.

Training Plan:
Continue to do strength classes on a daily basis. I have changed my leg routine with a few variations to rehab my knee.

Thoughts on HIIt, Power lifting, TRX, Yoga, bodybuilding, other:
Lifting has become a passion. Having a bad day? I lift. Kangoo was what drew me to The Babe Cave, but I’ve fallen in love with strength classes. Lifting weights instantly changes my mood. I always feel incredible! Because of the tendonitis in my right knee, I tend to gravitate to the Pump and Pyramid classes!

LIFTING WEIGHTS INSTANTLY CHANGES MY MOOD. I ALWAYS FEEL INCREDIBLE!

Daily supplements include Magnum Primer, Heat and After Burner. Magnum Quatro Protein Powder and Fixation for my joints.

How did you use Magnum products during your shoot prep?
I continued to take all my supplements daily and added Drip Dry before the shoot.

What are your thoughts about Magnum and which products do you use from them?
I find the Magnum supplements to be very high grade and effective. Easy to take. The protein powder is the best I’ve ever had. It mixes well and tastes great, even with water!

My special skill would be that I’m really good at packing and organizing things!

I FIND THE MAGNUM SUPPLEMENTS TO BE VERY HIGH GRADE AND EFFECTIVE.

What do your parents mean to you? What did they teach you?
My parents mean the world to me. They adopted me when I was 16 years old. They took a chance on a teenager who just wanted a good life. They have taught me that everyone deserves a chance and kindness has no limits.

What separates Status from other fitness magazines?
Has such a good reputation among the fitness community. In all honesty, before I started at the Babe Cave, I had never read any fitness magazines. I felt like most of the people featured were not like me. But when Becky told us about the magazine, I realized most of the people featured weren’t that far off from the people I was now surrounded by! So honestly, I’ve never read another fitness mag!

What would it mean to you to become the next Status Fitness Cover-model?
I’m not sure what that would mean to me. I feel like I’m better suited being featured next to all the other babes at the Cave!

Transformation story:
I had always been thin and generally fit growing up. After I had kids, I struggled to stay fit and lose the weight I had gained. I started at a gym and worked out, I began to run. But I never incorporated nutrition in my “fitness” journey. I was frustrated that the weight didn’t come off. In late 2016 we started a massive reno to our home. Not having a kitchen for 8 weeks sent me to every restaurant in Alliston. I walked into the Babe Cave in March of 2017 weighing 150lbs and 5’2. My first class was a Bootcamp class. I felt like I was going to die. I continued for the next two days. By day three, I could not walk. I doubted this whole idea of joining. The following Monday I went back and attended cases every morning. Eventually, I started going to night classes also. Eventually, I noticed a transformation in my arms, then my waist and legs. Having lost 35lbs and building muscles I didn’t know I had given me so much confidence!

HAVING LOST 35LBS AND BUILDING MUSCLES I DIDN’T KNOW I HAD GAVE ME SO MUCH CONDIFENCE!
