I BEGAN GOING TO CLASSES 2-3 TIMES A WEEK ON MY DAYS OFF WORK AND INSTANTLY SAW CHANGES. I WAS HAPPIER AND MY BODY WAS CHANGING. I’VE LOST 30LBS AND CONTINUE TO WORK HARD TO BUILD MUSCLE AND TONE.

Who do you wish to inspire?
Those looking to change their life using fitness and healthy eating, to become a happier version of themselves.

Transformation story:
March 2018 I joined the BabeCave because I didn’t like who was looking back at me in the mirror. I began going to classes 2-3 times a week on my days off work and instantly saw changes. I was happier and my body was changing. I’ve lost 30lbs and continue to work hard to build muscle and tone.

Why did you start your transformation and what keeps you going?
I was uncomfortable with the way I felt in my body and knew it was time for a change. My own health and happiness keep me going on my fitness journey.

How do you keep yourself motivated to stay on track when you start to slip?
My Fiance is my biggest supporter and he keeps me motivated and pushes me to stay on track and reminds me how far I’ve come.

Life goals:
To be as happy and healthy as I can be for my family and friends.

Lessons you have learned:
Everything happens for a reason and when things get tough or you are unhappy with something in your life it’s up to you to make that change.
