I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ACTIVE AND ALWAYS PLAN TO BE. NO MATTER WHAT LIFE THROWS AT ME!
Proud mom of three fantastic people, working hard at life.
What makes Becky so special as a trainer?
Her focus is unparalleled and her attention to detail just can’t be found anywhere else. She brings an uplifting energy to everything – and to watch her and be in her classes is such a gift! She also has these eyes that just find you in the class and you know she is watching…you can’t hide!
I will be one of those 80 yr old women that inspires others – I have always been active and always plan to be. No matter what life throws at me!
Bounce and weights. Weights and bounce. Then stretch 🙂
Nutritional & Supplements:
Eat clean. Love the Magnum line – all the products are exceptional. Primer and Heat are the best!
Do you have any special go-to recipes?
I love just about anything with ground turkey – stews, sauces, etc. Tuna and egg white patties are great to have on hand and always fresh fruit and vegetables.

What do your parents mean to you? What did they teach you?
My parents are everything to me. I’m lucky to still have them both although they live far away. They taught me to have a super-strong work ethic which has always carried me through.
What separates Status from other fitness magazines?
It showcases real people. It has intelligent knowledgeable articles. It’s not fluffy like some of the other ones. Does that make sense?
If you could ask Status Editor-In-Chief, Rodney Jang one question what would that be?
When will Becky be on the cover?
I AM TRULY INSPIRED BY SELFLESS PEOPLE – THOSE WITH TRUE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY THAT GIVE OF THEMSELVES TO OTHERS.
What was it like working with Warren from Healthy Vision Photography?

Who inspires you?
I’m more inspired by qualities that people have more than any one person. I am truly inspired by selfless people – those with true honesty and integrity that give of themselves to others.
Who do you wish to inspire?
Everyone. I like people and hope that every day I can somehow say or do something that makes a person feel good. Mostly I would love to inspire young people. It’s tough growing up in this world and we need to be better leaders to inspire our young people.
I’m still a work in progress….
I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DEDICATED TO STAYING FIT AND BEING HEALTHY.
Why did you start your transformation and what keeps you going?
I don’t believe in transformation. I didn’t start as one thing and suddenly become another. I have always been dedicated to staying fit and being healthy. Although this year was a big one for me. I had a hysterectomy and discovered I was developing cancer. That was scary and has made me look at things a little differently.
How do you keep yourself motivated to stay on track when you start to slip?
I just yell at myself, put on loud music, and get to it..
To have less and be more.
Tao Te Ching, anything by Mitch Albom, anything sci-fi
5 most important attributes you see in a person?

Advice you can give to people who want to start training?
Just get to it. Like right now. And every day add another minute, another rep. Before you know it you will be addicted.
Three things are not long hidden – the sun, the moon, and the truth.
