During changing times, we can either choose to evolve with the powerful changes or remain within the chaos. The choice is always ours; do we choose to take care of ourselves or live in fear. We tend to lose sight of what keeps our health at its top peak during stressful times or maybe we are uneducated with the truth of this evolution and what will uplift our bodies for our highest good. I am here to guide you through the changes for your health and overall wellness. Things that will improve your everyday reality, while reclaiming back your power. Rewards will fly in when the work is done, I promise you.

  • Practice your daily Affirmation – I AM

Did you know that “I AM” are the most powerful word you can say, be and live by? Just imagine a planet full of people knowing they are everything and more; yet did not lack as much as we think we do. This practice is an immensely powerful practice while manifesting the life of your dreams. Why dream when you can now be free to live that reality?  You are everything and more than you think you are, so please understand that the human race, has only tapped into a small percentage of what we are even capable of. So be easy on yourself and start the practices.

Get yourself on a journey and in the morning before your feet leave your bed, write down your “IAM’s”. Whatever comes to your mind and what you are working to manifest into existence, even if you think it is far out of reach, say “I AM”. You are standing in your power while manifesting as you write. Feel it, be it and achieve it. You are literally attracting this behaviour into your reality as you write. The more this practice is done, the more you will attract into your life that you dream of, because you are the power! We are at a time where people are losing hope and putting their faith into the hands of others. When we do this we are interned give our power away. This will leave you feeling confused, unmotivated and uncertain where your future lies. Take control and manifest the future you want. You are the writer of your story. If you are free; be free, if you are healthy; be healthy, if you are happy; be happy. Tell yourself this and embrace it, accept it.

You are everything and more than you think you are, so please understand that the human race, has only tapped into a small percentage of what we are even capable of. So be easy on yourself and start the practices.

This practice is a very powerful practice that will uplift your reality while making the impossible possible and you are reclaiming back your power. I can promise this daily practice done for 30 days straight onward, will increase your motivation and will. As we look for faith outward, we need to understand we are that very power of faith within. We are the power and if we keep giving our power away, we lose a sense of motivation in our day to day, that is a very heavy feeling. This time now is about reclaiming back our power and being the leader, you very well are. I AM Strong, I AM fearless, I AM courageous, I AM a leader, I AM healthy, I AM unstoppable, I AM unbreakable, I AM Love, I AM Smart, I AM Beautiful, I AM full of life, I AM ALIVE are just a few. Before you go to bed, read all your morning “I AM’s” out loud and keep adding to your list until you have nothing else to write. Feel the power, be the power, you are the power.

  • Move your BODY

I have seen all types of clients in my career as a coach and mentor, I stick to what I say when I say if you don’t like the gym don’t go and do something you enjoy for your physical health. Usually working with a coach means you are being educated on how to effectively workout for your body type and education to evolve the physical body. The human body is meant to MOVE most of our day. We are not made to sit at home and do nothing all day, so if you’re wondering why you are tired every day are you moving your body regularly? Just look are our ancestors on how active they were on a day to day basis, compared to our leisurely lifestyle. Right now, it’s important to be active not only in your physical health but mental health and to be outside with Mother Earth. She heals you, feeds you and loves you.

Try a new sport or hobby and enjoy the time reconnecting with all Mother has to offer. Make this a daily practice and watch how dramatically your moods, energy and health increase! Make the great outdoors a priority and your health will thank you.

Yes, that means shutting off any technology devices that are draining your energy and going outside to recharge your energy with Nature. I would give my clients workouts to do outside and some workouts are done in the gym or home. Change your routine up and get outside! I am encouraging each and every one of you, whatever fitness level you are to change up your routine. Sprint outside, Walk, run, kayak, hike, bike but be outside. We need to move the stagnant energy to help destress our body, mind and ground our soul. Being outside lifts your mood and you absorb the high clean frequencies of energy. a whole other way. Did you know that grounding outside with Mother Earth heals more than you can imagine? The Earth carries a high frequency and is connected with and understanding, we are all connected through her, which keeps us recharged and balanced. Her earth restores our lost energy and puts us back in alignment. It is when we are disconnected from Mother Earth, that we tend to get sick without even noticing. Think of all the things that keep you disconnected from her, that drains your energy. The sun gives you vitamin D and is our lifeform, we need about 8000 mg a day without even being in the sun to stay healthy. The Earth grounds us with her high frequencies and is extremely healthy for healing. A clean source of water cleanses our entire being and the clean air we breathe gives us a clear mindset. Without staying connected to the elements we are not in balance. I am encouraging everyone to be outside moving their body with her.   • Daily Meditation and restoring your Inner Peace

Many think they do not know how to meditate when they actually have been mediating their whole life. Mediation is a state of mind, in which you are in a state of inner peace and joy. You are shutting out the outside world and worry while going within, reconnecting to your true self. Centring and rebalancing yourself, whether it is for destressing, guidance and or just practising being present on your inner peace. Mediation is a practice where we are present, not looking at yesterday or thinking about tomorrow, but living in the now. Meditation comes in many forms. I meditate when I work out and it is where I go destress and be present. It helps me let go of unwanted situations that hold me back for my highest good. Different forms of beginner stages of meditations are building, music, dancing, cooking, working out, being with nature, painting, writing or sitting quietly and seeing where your heart leads you. Mediation is shutting off the mind and opening your heart. It is about doing what you love and finding that state of inner peace, your truth and expressing it from a soul level. Setting your soul free. Your entire life should be a living, moving meditation and everything you choose to do in your day should bring you peace. This practice requires you to live the life you dream of. Create a life where you wake up and love what you do; for yourself, the planet and for everyone around you. It starts with inner peace and living with that knowledge. If you have put your self-care on the back self, it is time to prioritize yourself. Shine your inner peace.

  • Eating Live Foods

It is no secret, we all know that we are what we eat and to eat healthily. With having so many fab diets out there where do I begin? Well, first off I don’t recommend dieting, finding balance is key to everything. Keep things simple and eat what Mother Earth grows and if she doesn’t grow it then don’t eat it. Eating live foods will get you off all medications, energize your body, your mental clarity, look good, feel fantastic and feel rejuvenated. The live food Journey is a game changer! I am a Pro Athlete in two sports, and I use to eat animal byproducts as I assumed it would bring me gains in my life. I have been a plant-based eater for over 2 years now. I have never looked so great, my energy has increased dramatically, mental clarity and I am leading the difference for equality to take place. I let go of all my fears and realized this change was not all about me now and my needs, it benefits all.  Eating so much food in a day, not only is time-consuming but expensive, while using a lot of energy to digest those foods. Especially animal products, it takes a lot of time for your body to digest it into an energy source for your body. Everything on this planet has a frequency including food, so when you shift to eating live foods, your body moves at a higher frequency than in turn makes you lighter, leaner, faster, sharper and you are internally healthier. It will detox and cleanse your skin, organs, kidneys and balance your hormones. If you have any health issues, you will notice them decreasing or stabilizing dramatically.

When you intake animal byproducts, you are actually the third party to consuming the iron. The cow eats the grass, and we eat the cow. The grass is where the cow gets his iron from, we eat the cow. If we cut out the second party and just intake directly from Mother Earth, we are intaking all high, clean iron foods. Your body will absorb at a much higher rate, with less time to digest, saving us a lot of daily energy. Live foods have a high source of vitamins, minerals and natural fats for your body, which keeps your immune system high functioning and in turn your body will be sick less.

To begin your journey with live eating, first cut out the large animals products and only eat white meats, while eating all colourful live foods, clean grains and a good source of natural fats every meal. Secondly decrease down your milk products, fish and eggs consumption while eating your live foods, natural fats and grains. When you feel comfortable go full plant-based. Plant-based shakes, juicing, soups stews and chillies are easy and super tasty. We are moving back into the ways of the Oneness and not only is this practice important for your being but for the entire oneness on the planet. The frequencies of Earth will rise which means we will also raise in frequencies. The more we wake up to remember, we are equal to the animal kingdom and we are not superior to them, we are the being the change. Be the change every day, every choice you have the power to make a difference so be that change. It starts with you. I recommend following the plant-based food pages on Instagram and starting the change today.

  • Fasting to Reset your Mood

Fastening is known to be, the one thing that not only cleanses your body but resets it entirely. Fastening is known to help reset any health issue into a balanced state. This can be a complete transition with your health, mind and moods. It may seem like a hard change at first, but really it’s quite easy as you get in the flow. I have been intermittent fastening for two years now and I have not been sick in over 2 years with every benefit under the sun along with it. Your body natural frequencies will increase the more your body cleanses, which means your moods will skyrocket, your abs will appear, your skin will be clearer and tighter, your body will be leaner while looking fitter all year round. I suggest beginners start with 16-6 hours of fastening and eating. Start eating around 1-2 pm and eat within an 8-hour window only. You will know your schedule best and can say what will work for you. Only drink liquids water, teas and coffee, in the morning. The first week may be hard and you may feel hungry a lot, that does mean your body is detoxing and your metabolism is resetting. Fastening cleanses your body down to a cellular level, resets your hormones, metabolism, cleanses your major organs while revitalizing your energy system. Fewer food cravings, better sleep, more mental clarity, higher sex drive and a lot more energy for personal activities. Your overall immune system will increase tremendously having less stress overall. If you struggle with depressions and the “highs and low” moods, I highly recommend intermittent fastening, it will stabilize your moods. Intermittent fastening has changed my reality for the better in all ways and I hope to help change yours too. It’s a beautiful practice to implement into your reality, embrace the changes and take it day by day.

Practice makes perfect! With how hectic the world seems around us, remember there are positive changes coming from it all. The change starts with you, reclaiming back your power and taking control of your health on all levels.  Master your practices and don’t give up. Be the change and be patient with your body, mind and moods improving. Move with your body day today.  Be courageous and think outside the box for what your body needs from you and the changes that will benefit the new you. Embrace the newness and be a part of the changes coming, but most importantly keep evolving upward.
